Fern Maddie:
Fern Maddie is a folk singer-songwriter based in Montpelier. Fern's 2022 release Ghost Story earned national and international acclaim and resulted in a successful tour of the UK and Northern Ireland in January 2023. More recently, she wrote and recorded a feature song for the Vermont documentary Claim the Lane. She is currently composing a Vermont-set rock musical with support from the Vermont Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts.
Jenny Porter:
Jenny Porter is a barefoot singer songwriter born and raised in Vermont. She has been singing and playing guitar the last 10 years throughout New England. She released her first album last year called “Into the Waves.” Her musical influences are The Indigo Girls, Ani DiFranco and Brandi Carlile. Her sets consist of original, folk, 90s and classic rock tunes.
Jenna Rice:
Jenna Rice is a singer/songwriter who grew up in the Connecticut River Valley of Vermont. Her songs celebrate the stories of ordinary people and the highs and the lows of being alive. Jenna began writing songs after she built a guitar as a woodworking project, taught herself to play it and realized that if you put a poem and a guitar together you have a song! Jenna’s lyrics, carried along by her honest, down-to-earth vocals and steady guitar playing, will slip into your mind, touch your heart, and leave you seeing the world just a bit differently than you did before.
Erin Cassels-Brown:
Erin Cassels-Brown is a Starksboro-based singer-songwriter whose music blends celestial country with roots-rock. Known for his storytelling, his songs explore themes of memory, hope, and personal narratives. With over 600 performances in 18 states since 2017, Cassels-Brown has earned praise for his evocative songwriting and high-energy delivery. His debut album, Dreamin’ On Overdrive, showcases his ability to craft vivid word pictures, backed by a band of some of New England’s finest musicians.
