The Bug Banquet takes place in the Museum's galleries. You will be able to walk around the eclectic natural history collections while you sample flavors brought together in unexpected ways. Chef Joesph Yoon's residency is hosted by the William Eddy Lecture series and part of a Wild Insects theme at the Fairbanks Museum. Current exhibits include Extinct and Endangered: Insects in Peril and Ant Architecture: the Hidden World of Social Insects.
